How to Load using TPC SIM

To load, just create a text message with a format of 11-digit  customer mobile number (space) Code/Promo Code and send to TPC gatewate number.

For example: Text 09123456789 UTP15 send to 8724

TPC Gateways numbers:

• 8724 - free send to all networks (exclusive for Smart, TNT, and Sun activated/encoded SIMs)
• 2021 - free send to Smart, TNT, and Sun only (exclusive for Smart, TNT, and Sun activated/encoded SIMs)
• 21581829 - free send to Globe and TM (exclusive for Globe and TM activated/encoded SIMs)

You can use this gateways for free with no required load balance when loading.

To check your load balance, type BAL then send to gateway number.

How to load Razer PINS

1. Customer must create an account at https://gold.razer.com.
2. Request for card number and PIN number by texting 11-digit customer mobile number (space) Code then send to gateway.
3. Once done, customer with received an SMS containing the card number and PIN.
4. After that, customer can now login to https://gold.razer.com.
5. Click on the upper left corner, to select or browser more games
6. Look for the games you loaded.
7. Input the Card number and PIN.

Follow the new steps to complete the purchase and check out process.

What does loading "temporarily unavailable" means?

The temporarily unavailable reply may be due to their unscheduled system maintenance nationwide or the network is busy. All you can do is wait or try later.

What does "Cannot process" reply means?

This may due to the customer's mobile number is currently registered to a specific promo that needs to be stop before you can reload another new promo.

How to request for refund in TPC?

If the customer fail to receive the load, you can check by texting the keyword RF (space) Trace# then send to gateway. Wait for the SMS confirmation shortly.
