How to Register DITO IDD Promo
- Turn on your mobile data and open your DITO App.
- Load your account by going Buy Load tab.
- After loading your account, go to Buy/Manage Promo.
- Scroll down and go to International Services
- Select your desired DITO IDD Promo Pack, then tap the BUY PROMO button.
- Select Payment method e.g. GrabPay, PayMaya, WeChat Pay, GCash and Pay with Load Balance.
- Click Proceed to register.
How to Call and Text Abroad
To call an international numbers, just dial either of the following formats:

- (00) (Country Code) (Area Code) (Phone Number)
To text your love ones abroad, just send a message to either of the following formats:

How to Turn ON VoLTE
Here are the steps to enable VoLTE on your mobile device (steps may vary depending on smartphone brand and models).
- Turn ON your mobile data.
- Go to Settings
- Go to Network/Connections/Call Setting
- Go to SIM card / Mobile Networks.
- Locate or go to Advance settings then turn ON VoLTE Calls.
- Once active, you will see a VoLTE icon on the notifications bar.
You can also quickly enable and disable VoLTE by dialing *#*#4636#*#* or *#*#86583#*#* USSD code.
To check your remaining data balance or promo status, just open the DITO app. On your app dashboard you find your current balance and expiry of your load and data promo.
