With your recently installed or upgraded Globe at Home Fiber internet plan, you now have the flexibility to fine-tune and personalize your setup using the default admin password and username. You may find it necessary to change your Wi-Fi network name or access the dashboard to configure your router or modem to suit your preferences. While a fast internet connection is what we all desire, having full admin access to configure it is an excellent option, allowing you to manage your modem/router exactly the way you want.
Most of us change some default settings on the Globe Fiber router/modem to strengthen our Wi-Fi network security. We can configure MAC Filtering to restrict other devices connected, Bandwidth Control to optimize internet usage, Firewall control to enable and disable unwanted services, VOIP, Port Forwarding, change Wi-Fi passwords, and other available options.
Globe Default Admin Password and Username
Globe uses two types of accounts on their Fiber, DSL, LTE, and other broadband modems to access the GUI or web interface both wire and wireless. First is the basic ‘user’ account that gives limited access to your router/modem’s settings so that ordinary home internet users will not mess up with the current working configuration. The second is the administrator or 'admin' account, granting full access to your device, including advanced features and the super admin settings of your router.
Use the provided credentials below based on your router and what you want to do on your device. You can log in via user or admin account.

Reset Globe Fiber Router
If the default username and password do not work after following all the steps above, you may need to reset your modem. Please note that you need to do it at your own risk and the best advice I can give before doing this step is, you need to make sure you fully know what you are doing as this may result to no internet connection at all or red status on your modem or router.
- Find the reset button on the side of the router.
- Use a pointed tool like a SIM ejector pin or paper clip.
- Press and hold the reset button for approximately 10 seconds or until all the LED lights turn off except the Power LED.
- After you've released the reset button, wait for the router to fully reboot itself.
In case the above methods don’t work on your side, you can always call Globe Hotline using your landline or mobile phone for free. Just dial 211 using your Globe/TM phone, and then follow the voice prompt based on your concern.
You can also check PLDT default admin passwords for your reference.
