You can check your actual GSAT and GPINOY box subscriptions to know the expiry date of your TV box load. This method serves as a balance inquiry for you to know the remaining days before you reload your account again. You can also double check if the process on how to load your GSAT is successfully done using the same steps.

 GSAT GPINOY Check Subscription Status

If your GSAT is newly installed and you have a free subscription included upon activation your account, you can use following options below on how to check your load expiration date to avoid interruption errors like E14 No Authorization and No Access on your TV box screen. This also works to all existing and old GSAT/GPINOY subscribers.

Check GSAT / GPINOY Load Status via Remote

To check the load status via remote:

  1. Turn on you TV and GSAT box.
  2. Using your GSAT remote, press the INFO button (2) times.
  3. Expiration data will appear on your TV screen

Check GSAT Load Status Online

You check the status or do a GSAT load inquiry via online.

  1. Go to GSAT subscription status tool webpage. (GPINOY users check link and steps below)
  2. Check the box to confirm that you are not a robot.
  3. Input your GSAT box number (16 digits) on the first box, it usually starts 77405370XXXXXXXX.
  4. Click Submit and wait for the details to appear below.

Note: To find your box number or serial number, just press the INFO button while your box and TV is turned on. You can also your find the white sticker located at bottom of your GSAT/GPINOY receiver box. If it does not display the status of your subscription, try GSAT option below.

Check GPINOY Load Subscription

GPINOY users can also check their load subscription and status via online web.

  1. Go to GPINOY subscription page.
  2. Check the box to confirm that you are not a robot.
  3. Input your GPINOY box number (16 digits) on the first box, it usually starts 77405370XXXXXXXX.
  4. Click submit and wait for the details to appear below.
