PLDT and Smart Bro LTE Prepaid Home WiFi users can now get more data when they subscribe to the new FamLoad, Video Plus, Study and All Access promos. This offer previously named as Home Boost and now upgraded with additional data allowance to enjoy non-stop browsing and streaming online with your family at home. You can still the register to 1GB for 15 pesos offer just like before if you run out of data on your current Famload subscription.

Knowing what Globe offers to their subscriber with Home Surf promo, PLDT revamp their Home Boost by adding free data on top of the base offer to keep up with the competition.

The Famload Study is a data promo designed for students with exclusive data access for Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, OneDrive).

Famload All Access

The Famload All Access is a newest budget-friendly promo for PLDT Home Prepaid WiFi subscribers that with more data allocation at a lower price. It has a daily EAT Bulaga livestream data access from Monday to Friday (11:30 AM to 2:30 PM) and up to 2GB free daily all data.

How to Register Famload

You have more options to choose when reloading your PLDT Home Prepaid WiFi with Famload offers. It is available via Smart app, GCash, Maya, TPC reseller and other authorized loading partners.

Via Smart app:

Open your Smart app then choose your PLDT Home Prepaid WiFi account.
Tap Famload or Famload Access in tile menu.
Select your desired Famload variant or denomination.
Select Payment method (Load, Maya, GCash, Credit or Debit card).
Tap Subscribe and complete the payment process.

Via Maya app:

Open the MAYA app then tap "Load".
Tap Broadband or WiFi icon menu.
Select Smart Bro Home WiFi.
Tap "Home WiFi" tab.
Scroll to select your favorite Famload promo.
Choose your desired denominatioin.
Choose your desired denominatioin the tap "Buy this Load"
Select your desired payment option (My Wallet or Maya Easy Credit).
Click "Continue" to complete the payment process and registration.

To load via Smart retailer SIM:

Text FamLoad (denomination) (space) 11-digit PLDT/Smart Home WiFi number send to 4122.

Example text message:

Famload 199 09XXXXXXXXX

Note that retailer need to update their Retailer menu by texting GET(space) PLDT send to 343.

Via GCash app:

Open the Globe GCash app then tap "Load" icon.
Tap Broadband in the tab menu.
Select Smart Bro Home WiFi.
Input your 11-digit PLDT HOme Prepaid WiFi mobile number.
Select "Home WiFi" in the tab menu.
Choose your desired Famload denominatioin.
Tap "Buy Now" and proceed to payment.
Complete the payment process to register.

All Famload promos are stackable, you can subscribe to another Fam Load bundle while you have an active subscription of the same promo. Meaning your current remaining MB/GB of data will be carried to your new registration and will follow the latest validity period of your new Famload.

Check your Data Balance

You can check your Famload remaining data via Smart app. You will also receive an SMS regarding your the promo details and expiration dat.

This offer is intended to PLDT Home Prepaid Wi-Fi. Smart Bro LTE Home WiFi users cannot avail this offer, or better check your Smart dashboard to verify if this promo is applicable to your account. It is better to use the router/modem bundled SIM to enjoy this offer and avoid IMEI problem or issues in the future.
