Check your Talk N Text load or promo balance for free? To check your Talk N Text (TNT) load or data balance for free, you have multiple options available, including text, call, and online methods. We already posted how Talk N Text subscribers can check their remaining load balance on our previous post. It’s now time to update and add more options on how to inquire about your balance using your TNT SIM.
You can inquire free of charge or if you have enough credits on your account try the chargeable method that cost P1 per successful inquiry.
How to Check Your Balance in TNT
You can check your TNT balance via text and app. The first method of doing a balance inquiry in TNT is via USSD code and it’s free. This is the most used format to inquire about your remaining load balance and expiry date.
Via *123# USSD code menu
To check your load balance and prepaid promo status for free, just dial *123# and press Call. Next, select Bal:Svcs then choose Check Balance. Shortly after, you will, you will receive an SMS text message regarding the status of your promo and load balance. This method is free of charge.
Via Smart app
To check your load balance, registered calls, texts, data promos, and GigaPoints, via the Smart app, follow these steps:
- Download and install the Smart App (formerly GigaLife app) on your Android or iOS phone.
- On your app's dashboard, you will find information about your current load balance, active calls, texts, data promos, and GigaPoints.
- To check your data balance, just tap the Check Usage button.
The GigaLife app is available for free, and you can use it without incurring any charges, even if you have no load. Simply ensure that your mobile data is turned on, and activate the app to access its features.
Please note that you need to link and register your TNT mobile number to be able to use the Smart app.
Other options
The other way to inquire via text is through the TNT SIM menu. You will receive your account balance information via text after a few minutes using this method.
- On your phone, look and select Talk N Text Menu / TNT SIM Menu then choose the Balance Inquiry option.
The old way to inquire via text is through test. You will receive your account balance information via text after a few seconds/few minutes using this method.
- Just text ?15001 or ?15005 then send to 214.
The last option is via online, you need an internet connection using mobile data or Wi-Fi to this method.
- Register your TNT mobile number at https://my.smart.com.ph. You need to complete the registration and confirm via SMS code.
Inquire your remaining load balance via call. This method is chargeable per inquiry.
- Just dial 15001 using your phone and you will receive a message containing the details of your balance.
Another way via call can be done via the hotline and using your mobile phone. This may require a load balance / postpaid plan registered account to initiate an inquiry.
- Using your mobile phone, just dial *888 (toll-free). For landline users just dial 02-8888-1111 then follow the voice prompt for balance inquiry.
