Hey tweeps, Twitter now looks a
little different than what it used to be. Guess what’s new?
You can now activate the latest layout for your Twitter profile. Don’t be surprise with your first impression, yes Twitter now look to follow the foot-steps of Facebook vice versa. If you’re a hardcore user on this micro blogging site, don’t get confused with its new layout as all sidebar and widget are still there. The only noticeable change that you can directly notice is the header takes the huge space on the upper part of your profile aside from the usual sticky menu.

Twitter new Layout
With the new layout you can now
fully enjoy the Facebook inspired header that we mostly called it as cover
photo. Not like before where your Twitter header takes only a small part of the
page, now you can add a 1500x500 recommended dimension cover or header photo
and 400x400 profile picture size. You’ll given an option to reposition and
scale your header to fit or focused your desired area of the image.
You can also check and download
also some provided Twitter header photo profile for your account or if you
don’t like any of them you can also leave your header empty.
Pin your Tweets
Aside from your latest tweet
position on the top of your profile feeds you can also pin any of your
favourite tweets to the top. Your followers can easily notice that pinned post
once they visit your profile page as text format will become bold.
Home Feeds
One thing I noticed when I want
to go to the Home feeds is that it goes back to old Twitter theme or layout. Hopefully
this will be fixed on their next update as it causes more confusion to users
that just activated to new layout.
