It is important for every subscriber to know the latest balance of their account to avoid load shortage. In Touch Mobile, there are a few ways on how to check your load on your TM SIM. You should take note that there is a free and charged for making inquiries. You can also inquire via the USSD code menu where you can receive an SMS or text notification from the network stating the remaining amount on your prepaid or postpaid account.
TM Balance Inquiry
We list here the two options where can check your balance without extra charge. I know most of you don't want to be charged for that simple services from any network provider. Here is the procedure you can follow below for free checking of the balance on your TM prepaid and postpaid account.
You have (6) options to check your TM load balance:
- Via Text, just text BAL then send to 222. (Free of charge.)
- Via Call, open the dialer menu and dial 222 then press Call or Send button on your phone. (Php1.00 per balance inquiry.)
- Via USSD code menu, dial *143# and then press Call or Send button (It will display your current load balance located on the upper portion of the menu. You can also select option for "Account" then select "Balance Inquiry" or "Mobile data Usage".
- Check other number load balance - dial "*143#", select "Account", choose "Balance Inquiry", the selec "Check the prepaid load balance of a different prepaid account", enter 10-digit mobile number to check their load balance. You can also block this feature by choosing the option to block ALL numbers from viewing your prepaid balance.(Free of charge.)
- Via the GlobeOne app, download and install it on your phone then link your TM prepaid/postpaid account to check your load and data balance.(Free of charge, just turn on your mobile data when opening the app.)
- Via SIM Toolkit or Globe/TM SIM Menu. Open your SIM Menu app. Go to Prepaid Svcs > Check Balance. Wait for the SMS notification coming from GLOBE with the details of your load balance, promo subscriptions, validity and expiry date.(Free of charge.)
TM Promo Balance
To inquire remaining data balance of your TM promo, just text the keyword DATA BAL then send it to 8080. This method works on all TM promos.
Using options 1 and 2 will send you an SMS notification stating your load balance. For those who want to know their Rewards Points balance you also check it via *143# menu and GlobeOne app, just look for the rewards option and follow the steps to continue.
If you're experiencing unwanted charges on your account you can ask their hotline and ask for clarifications regarding your load balance. For TM Customer Hotline number you can dial 211 using your Touch Mobile SIM or you can use a landline then dial (+632) 7730-1000.
