Mechanics on How to join Cherry Mobile Flare “Flare Up Your Life” 

“1)  The promo is open to all Philippine residents except for Cherry Mobile employees until second-degree consanguinity.

2)  The contest will run from December 14, 2012 to January 15, 2013 only.

3)  To be eligible to join, participants should be a current fan of Cherry Mobile Flare (Official)'s Facebook Page.

4)  Each contestant may submit only one entry.

5)  Along with the photo, the contestant must create a one-liner description of his/her entry and must tag @Cherry Mobile Flare (Official)’s Facebook  page. Entries that do not have the tag of @Cherry Mobile Flare (Official)’s Facebook page are not eligible to win.”

For Submission of Entries is from December 14, 2012 to January 13, 2013. Details to consider upon submission of your entry are written below by Cherry Mobile.

“Participants may submit their entries from December 14, 2012 to January 15, 2013.

Submissions should not contain inappropriate content, including but not limited to:

Obscene, pornographic or sexually-explicit content or information.

Content that is offensive to others, such as those which encourages the commission of an illegal, immoral or threatening activity, promote harassment, racism, hated or discrimination against any group or individual, or provides information which is known to be false, misleading, or harmful.

Content that is defamatory or libellous in nature, or that which violates the privacy of any group or individual.

Cherry Mobile will not be held liable for any copyright infringement the uploading of any entries for this contest may incur.

Submissions must:

Not feature phone brands that are in direct or indirect competition with Cherry Mobile.

Be original and must not have been submitted for any other contest.

Be uploaded directly to Cherry Mobile FLARE (Official)'s Facebook Wall. Photos posted to or linked from other sites will not qualify as valid submissions.

Once posted, all submissions become property of Cherry Mobile and the submissions (and all the talents, props, and their content) may be used for any and all advertising and promotion methods as it sees fit.

Submissions that do not follow the above rules are automatically disqualified in the contest.

Once uploaded, the photo cannot be deleted or changed.

Only entries submitted until January 15, 2013 will be considered.”

During the voting period, Facebook users should first like Cherry Mobile Flare (Official)'s Facebook Page before liking the entry.

Cherry Mobile will compile all the valid photo entries. The winners will be judged according to the following criteria: NUMBER OF LIKES = 40%; CREATIVITY = 30%; Originality = 30%.

*NUMBER OF LIKES will have corresponding points assigned to them. 1000 and above = 40 points; 750 to 999 = 30 points; 500 to 749 = 25 points; 250 to 499= 20 points and 0 to 249 = 15 points.”

“We’ll be giving away 10 brand new smartphones. Winners will be notified through phone call and/or email. Winners will be directed by a Cherry Mobile representative on how to claim their prizes. Winners must present a valid ID to claim the prize.

Cherry Mobile’s decision is final.

Prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable to cash or any other products. Cherry Mobile reserves the right to validate the identity of the winner.
