Detected to be Above Normal Terms of Use - Globe
I was surprised by the message as it is my first time to received that notifications from Globe. Reading one of the FAQ at www.globe.com.ph/fup :
Why do you call your service "unlimited" when it's not really unlimited?
"The unlimited offer was intended for personal use only. NTC rules that promos are subjected to Acceptable Terms on Fair Use of Globe. Globe Telecom reserves the right to terminate/suspend promo subscription/s that violates this policy. This policy prevents network abuse, allows us to fully optimize network capacity and maintain quality of its services for subscribers."
You may visit Globe site for more info.
