You don't need to run to your nearest load retailer just to send an emergency reply. With Globe, you can reload directly from your phone by pressing a few codes to request an emergency text allowance. This is more preferable than requesting a Share a Load (Pasaload) as you don't need to ask another person to reload your mobile number. GTSOS allows you to request directly from Globe's network to allocate a fixed amount declared on this service or promo to be loaded on your phone or SIM.
No need to worry if you have no load or zero balance. With Globe's Text Emergency Service, you can now send important texts when you need them, just like Smart Emergency Load. You can now borrow 3 texts to Globe/TM valid for 1 day + 1 load.
How to Avail Globe GTSOS Emergency Load and Text
Just text GTSOS to 3733.
Note: P4.00 will automatically be deducted upon your next reload. So expect the deduction on that indicated amount on your next reload. Sometimes Globe experiences delays in deducting your borrowed load credits, which may cause confusion when you reload.
As of September 2015, you can now borrow load from your Globe prepaid account using the LOAN service. Check the link below on how to do it using the keyword code or via *143# menu.
How to LOAN or Borrow Load from Globe
If you encounter other problems using this service, you can call Globe customer service and ask for a rebate if your load was deducted even though you’re not using this service anymore. Some users experience this issue and others do not, so I would recommend calling the Globe hotline to raise your concerns for them to check. Don’t worry, Globe will bring back those deductions if they find out there is a minor problem with their service.
