Starmobile is now giving
us more thrills on their recently announced line up of Android phone. One of
those 11 devices that will surely catch your attention in terms of
specifications and features is the Starmobile Knight. This device sports an 18
megapixels rear camera and 8 megapixels on front, both has autofocus and a BSI sensor that helps enhance photo quality at low light shots. Isn’t it awesome?

The device was also
featured at Unbox teaser post titled ‘Starmobile K’,
also credit goes to those who pointed a link to the original device name of
Starmobile Knight. Knight is a rebranded i-Mobile IQX, a mobile brand from
Thailand where the said device is available.
Specs above are top
average, with only one weakness which is the non removable battery. 1GB RAM on
this device I think would do and renders the speed you want knowing its quad
core processor. Design also looks sexy on its slim body with slightly rounded
edge that makes you think of comparing to iPhone device.
Here’s more about
i-Mobile IQX (Starmobile Knight), a post from this site pointed out that it has only 12.7 megapixels. They take apart all the parts of
i-Mobile IQX and found out that the camera module has only 12.7 megapixels. To
support on what they found out, they also pointed the Mediatek CPU used which
is MT6589 supports only 13 MP while i-Mobile IQX announced with 18 MP camera. See
photo below, credits to the respective site for the photo as watermarked.
To end up this case and to clear all your doubts, i-Mobile personnel mentioned on the forum updated that what found out is right. The ‘software interpolation has come a long way’ to attain that 18 megapixels.
