1. Press Application> Select Settings
2. Go To Wireless and networks> Select Mobile Networks
3. Choose Access Point Names> Press Menu
4. Select New APN > Enter Name SmartInternet
5. Press OK > Enter APN internet then Press OK
6. Enter Proxy 10.102.61.46 or no Proxy > Press Ok
7. Enter Port 8080 or no port 
8. MCC 515
9. MNC 02
10. Authetication Type PAP
11. APN Type mms

Leave others as is the save!

To Configure Samsung Galaxy Y Smart MMS settings:

1. Press Application> Select Settings
2. Go To Wireless and networks> Select Mobile Networks
3. Choose Access Point Names> Press Menu
4. Select New APN > Enter Name SmartMMS
5. Press OK > Enter APN mms then Press OK
6. Enter Proxy 10.102.61.46 > Press Ok
7. Enter Port 8080 or 9201 
8. MCC type 515
9. MNC type 03
10. Authentication type input internet

7. Port  no port

4. Select New APN > Enter Name myGlobeInet
5. Press OK > Enter APN http.globe.com.ph then Press OK
6. Enter Proxy 203.177.91.131 > Press Ok
7. Enter Port 80
8. MCC type 515
9. MNC type 02
10. Authentication type input internet

Leave other as is then save!

Samsung Galaxy Y Globe MMS settings:

1. Press Application> Select Settings
2. Go To Wireless and networks> Select Mobile Networks
3. Choose Access Point Names> Press Menu
4. Select New APN > Enter Name myGlobeMMS
5. Press OK > Enter APN mms.globe.com.ph then Press OK
